About FOCO

Built for the moment before you begin.

FOCO was created for people who care deeply about what they need to do – but still struggle to start.

Not because they are lazy.
Not because they are unmotivated.
Not because they do not know what matters.

But because sometimes the brain feels overloaded before the task even begins.

The tabs are open.
The list is growing.
The phone keeps pulling attention away.
The mind is carrying ten unfinished thoughts at once.

And suddenly, even a simple task can feel strangely heavy.

FOCO exists for that exact moment.

The moment between knowing what you need to do – and actually starting.

Why FOCO Exists

Most productivity tools are built for people who already feel organized.

They give you more lists.
More dashboards.
More reminders.
More systems.
More things to manage.

But for people who struggle with task paralysis, ADHD, overwhelm, executive dysfunction, burnout, or mental overload, more structure does not always mean more action.

Sometimes it just creates more pressure.

FOCO was built from a different belief:

The problem is not always planning.
Sometimes the real problem is starting.

That is why FOCO is not designed to be another complicated productivity system.

It is designed to help you begin.

One task.
One tiny step.
One focused moment at a time.

The Story Behind FOCO

FOCO was founded by Adi Ben Elyahu, a 39-year-old founder, mother, creator, and independent builder.

For years, Adi worked as a one-woman show.

She was building products, creating ideas, managing marketing, writing, planning, solving problems, learning new tools, making decisions, and trying to move everything forward – often alone.

At the same time, like many mothers and independent founders, life did not pause in the background.

There were responsibilities.
Family needs.
Messages.
Deadlines.
Mental lists.
Small things to remember.
Big things to build.

The day rarely felt clean or quiet.

There was always another tab open in the mind.

And after a while, Adi noticed something important:

The hardest part was not always the work itself.

It was opening the laptop.
Choosing where to begin.
Starting the first step.
Returning after getting distracted.
Facing a task that had grown too big inside the mind.

She did not need another app that made her feel behind.

She needed something that made starting feel lighter.

That idea became FOCO.

A Note From The Founder

“I did not build FOCO because I love productivity systems.

I built it because I know what it feels like to care about your work, your ideas, your family, your future – and still feel stuck before starting.

Some days I knew exactly what needed to be done.

But my brain felt overloaded before I even began.

Traditional productivity tools gave me more lists, more pressure, and more guilt.

I wanted to build something calmer.

Something that helps people take the first small step without shame.”
