Contact FOCO

TL;DR. One inbox, real human reading it. Email support@tryfoco.com for support, press, partnerships, or story submissions – put the category in the subject line and we’ll route it. Typical reply within two business days.

How to reach us

  • One email for everything: support@tryfoco.com
  • Use the subject line to route – “Support:”, “Press:”, “Partnership:”, “Story:”, “Privacy:”, or “Editorial:”.
  • Response time: typically within 2 business days. Sometimes faster.
  • What we cannot help with: medical advice, ADHD diagnosis, clinical referrals – we point you to qualified clinicians instead.

What to email about

App support

Bug reports, feature requests, billing issues, account questions. Include your device type (iOS or Android) and a screenshot if relevant – it speeds things up significantly.

Subject line: Support: [short description]

Press + media inquiries

Interviews, expert quotes for ADHD articles, podcast invitations, or anything press-related. The founder is happy to talk about ADHD task initiation, executive function, and what we’ve learned building a tool for ADHD adults.

Subject line: Press: [outlet or topic]. Flag time-sensitive deadlines in the subject – those move to the top.

Partnerships

Brand collaborations, content partnerships, integrations, B2B inquiries (workplaces, schools, clinical practices). We’re open to conversations, slow to commit – every partnership has to fit our editorial standards.

Subject line: Partnership: [your org / context]

Story submissions

The ADHD Stories section accepts submissions from ADHD adults who want to share their experience – late diagnosis, parenting with ADHD, professional life with ADHD, anything. Send a short pitch first, not the full piece.

Subject line: Story: [your angle]

Privacy + data requests

Access, correct, or delete your data (GDPR + CCPA rights). We process within 30 days, usually faster.

Subject line: Privacy: [request type]

Editorial corrections

Spotted a factual error in a FOCO article? Tell us. Include the article URL and the specific claim. Add a source for the correct information if you have one.

Subject line: Editorial: [article slug]

What we cannot help with

FOCO is a productivity tool, not a clinical service. We cannot diagnose ADHD, prescribe medication, provide therapy, or offer medical advice. If you need clinical help, please reach a qualified ADHD specialist – CHADD’s professional directory is a good starting point.

If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis line. In the US: 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline). Outside the US: findahelpline.com.

Response expectations

We’re a small independent team. We read every email but cannot always reply immediately. Typical response time is one to two business days. Press inquiries with time-sensitive deadlines move to the top – flag it in your subject line.

If you don’t hear back within five business days, please follow up. Things occasionally slip through.

FAQ

Is there a contact form?

Not currently. Email is the fastest way to reach us – it lets you include screenshots, gives both of us a written record, and works on any device.

Do you offer phone support?

No. We’re a small team and email lets us help more people, more carefully. If a written exchange escalates to needing a call, we’ll suggest one.

How do I cancel my FOCO subscription?

App subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Open your store’s subscription settings, find FOCO, tap cancel. Email support@tryfoco.com with subject “Support: cancellation” if you get stuck or want a refund.

How do I delete my FOCO account?

Email support@tryfoco.com with subject “Privacy: delete account” and the email address tied to your account. We process within 5 business days. See our privacy policy for full details.

I want to write about FOCO – can you provide assets?

Yes. Email support@tryfoco.com with subject “Press: assets request” and we’ll send the press kit (logos, app screenshots, founder photo, factsheet).
